About This Map
Funded by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, the New York Community Trust, and the Booth Ferris Foundation, the NYC College Access & Success Mapping Project is a citywide project to better understand the landscape of college success organizations operating within the five boroughs. Through this project, GNYC will survey organizations and aggregate and share information to better understand these organizations and programs, their scope of services, who and how many students they serve, and where they are operating. This information will be displayed within an interactive map on the Graduate NYC website and will be accompanied by a report on findings. This effort will facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of college access and success in NYC that may lead to policy and practice change and greater investment in programs that work. Future phases of this project will aim to better understand student outcomes and programming effectiveness.
